1. Introduction

Welcome to Kartoosh Pro, your exclusive online B2B hub tailored for agents, betting shops, and affiliate marketers. Engaging with our platform means you wholeheartedly consent to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Karminal, the Kartoosh agent terminal, is part of this platform.

2. Definitions

• “Platform”: the collective digital infrastructure, content, and services under the brand Kartoosh Pro, including Karminal, accessible through our website and associated pages.
• “User” or “You”: an individual or entity, including agents, betting shops, and affiliate marketers, accessing or engaging with our platform.
• “Company”, “We”, or “Us”: refers to Kartoosh Pro, inclusive of its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates.
• “GGR” (Gross Gaming Revenue): represents the gross monetary gains from gaming activities. It is the difference between the total amount wagered minus the winnings returned to players.
• “Network Confirmations”: refers to the verification process in cryptocurrency transactions, ensuring the legitimacy of a transfer on the blockchain.

3. Access and use

Certain areas of our platform are reserved. We hold the discretionary right to regulate access as deemed appropriate.

4. E-commerce

4.1. Transactions. We provide balance packages for wholesale exclusively in cryptocurrencies, as delineated on our platform.

4.2. Payment addresses. We will specify our cryptocurrency wallet addresses at the time of payment. It is imperative that you send payments to these provided addresses. We are only responsible for transactions arriving at the specified wallet addresses. Transactions sent to any other address will not be acknowledged, and we are not liable for any losses or errors arising from payments sent to incorrect addresses.

4.3. Pricing. Our prices, devoid of network fees, are dynamic and subject to fluctuations. A transaction’s recognition materializes post three network confirmations.

5. Proof of cryptocurrency payment

5.1. Submission. When you make a payment from a cryptocurrency exchange or any source where the sender’s address cannot be predetermined, you must provide a clear proof of payment. This can include, but is not limited to, the transaction ID/hash or a detailed transaction record.

5.2. Verification. Upon receipt of your proof of payment, we will verify the transaction against our own records and the relevant blockchain. This process ensures the authenticity of the transaction and matches it to your order.

5.3. Integrity. Do not manipulate, edit, or falsify any proof of payment. Submitting a manipulated proof can lead to cancellation of your order, potential blacklisting from our platform, and legal actions where applicable.

5.4. Timeliness. You should submit the proof of payment as soon as the transaction is conducted. Delays in submission might lead to delays in processing your order.

5.5. Privacy. Blockchain transactions are public. The association between an individual and their cryptocurrency address remains private unless disclosed. We respect your privacy and will take reasonable measures to protect your identity and transaction details. However, it is your responsibility to safeguard your privacy when providing transaction proof.

5.6. Errors and discrepancies. We reserve the right to request additional information or reject the transaction in case of discrepancies between the proof provided and our records.

5.7. Legal compliance. All transactions must comply with relevant UK laws and regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities if required by law.

6. Winnings coverage

6.1. Source of winnings. Winnings that are presented for coverage can originate from any player or agent within the subject agent’s network. However, all dealings, communications, and calculations pertaining to these winnings will exclusively be conducted with the subject agent.

6.2. Monthly GGR calculation. The GGR in context refers to the Monthly Gross Gaming Revenue, which spans from the first day of a month to its last day. This GGR is calculated exclusively based on the subject agent’s account as the total amount wagered in that month minus the winnings returned to players during the same period.

6.3. Payment of winnings. Winnings approved for coverage are paid out exclusively on the first day of the following month. Payments will only be made in the cryptocurrency USDT on the Tron network (TRC20). For instance, if your winnings are covered in January, the payment will be processed on the first day of February.

6.4. No carry over. There is no carry over of winnings coverage. If winnings are covered in a particular month, they do not influence or combine with winnings of the subsequent month.

6.5. Requesting winnings coverage. To request coverage for winnings, agents must raise a helpdesk ticket on the Kartoosh.pro website. The subject of the ticket must explicitly state “Previous Month Winnings Coverage.” In the content of the ticket, agents should provide their username/email and specify the amount of winnings they are seeking coverage for. The stated amount must be available in the agent’s balance as it will be deducted from there when paid. Requests placed through any other medium or channel will not be entertained.

6.6. Negative GGR. Only negative GGR is considered for payouts. If an agent has a negative GGR, the entire amount will be paid out.

6.7. Example. Suppose a partner’s account indicates a total bet of $50,000 in January, and the total returns to players in January amount to $58,000. This results in a negative GGR of -$8,000 for January. This negative value indicates the amount payable to the agent in USDT on the Tron network (TRC20) on the first day of February.

7. Affiliate and agent programs

7.1. Registration. Affiliates and agents must register and be approved to participate in our programs. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

7.2. Commissions. Specific terms of commissions, rewards, or payouts will be provided upon successful registration.

8. Intellectual property

All content on our platform is the exclusive property of Kartoosh Pro and its licensors. Unauthorized use may lead to legal actions.

9. Data protection and privacy

We respect the privacy of our users. All personal information collected is used according to our Privacy policy. We adhere strictly to data protection regulations in the UK.

10. Limitations of liability
