1. Who we are
This website, www.kartoosh.pro, presents Karminal, the Kartoosh agent terminal. It is operated by Kartoosh Pro (“we”, “us”). For any question about this policy, write to contact@kartoosh.bet.
2. What we collect
Application form. When you apply to become an agent, we collect the answers you give: your name, WhatsApp number, governorate or region, your current activity and the questions of the qualification form. The form also records the language you used, the time of submission and an anti-spam score from Google reCAPTCHA.
Contact. If you contact us by e-mail or WhatsApp, we keep the content of the exchange.
Technical data. Our servers log the IP address, browser type and pages requested for security and rate limiting. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them (see the Cookie policy).
3. Why we use it
- To review your application and contact you in the Karminal chat, on WhatsApp or by phone about the agent programme. When you open the guest chat we create a messenger identity tied to your application so you can message and call the salesperson handling your file until that file is closed.
- To decide, based on your answers, which team member follows up with you.
- To keep the website secure and prevent automated submissions.
- To measure how the website is used, if you accepted analytics cookies.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.
4. Where the data goes
Application data is stored in the Kartoosh customer-relationship system used by our onboarding team. It is processed by the hosting providers we rely on (Google Cloud) and, for the anti-spam check, by Google reCAPTCHA under Google’s own privacy policy. Analytics, when accepted, run through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
5. How long we keep it
Applications that do not lead to an agent account are deleted or anonymised after a reasonable period, at most 24 months after the last contact. Data of active agents is kept for the duration of the relationship and as required by law.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time by writing to contact@kartoosh.bet, by replying in the Karminal chat, or by replying on WhatsApp. We answer within 30 days.
7. Minors
Our services are reserved for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page indicates the latest revision.
